I'm Troy Morgan — Marine Corps veteran, store owner, and developer. I run my own multi-location retail business on Shopify and I've been selling online since 1998. I build all of our internal tools myself — and that's what makes me different from most Shopify developers.

Custom Shopify integrations, inventory sync with NetSuite, Klaviyo email automation, AI-powered product descriptions, AI workflow agents, data pipelines — the full stack. I'm deep into AI tooling and I build custom AI solutions that actually work in production, not just demos. Everything I build, I use every day in my own business.

I also ran my own web development agency for years. I've been building for the web for over 25 years and people in the industry regularly come to me for technical advice.

I'm now offering that same expertise to a select number of clients. I'm not trying to build an agency or take on dozens of clients — I want to work with interesting people on interesting problems.
